- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Customers must provide access to the service area, including unlocking gates and ensuring water availability.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose siding, chipping paint, or weakened surfaces.
- Pets and valuables should be secured before our team arrives.
5. Liability and Damages
- Just Better Pro-Wash is not liable for minor water intrusion, pre-existing damage, or issues beyond our control.
- We take precautions to prevent damage; however, customers must disclose fragile surfaces before service.
- Any claims for damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

- You agree to use our website lawfully and not engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
- We may modify or discontinue website access at any time without prior notice.
